Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi

Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. A JADI Safaris representative greets you and transfers you to Swiss Lenana Mount Hotel. Refresh, relax, or take an optional city tour of Nairobi. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Nairobi to Samburu National Reserve

After breakfast, depart for Samburu National Reserve via the scenic Mount Kenya region. Arrive in time for lunch. Enjoy an afternoon game drive spotting unique species like the reticulated giraffe, Grevy’s zebra, and the beisa oryx.

Day 3: Game Drives in Samburu

Spend the day exploring Samburu’s special wildlife. Morning and afternoon game drives include sightings of elephants, lions, leopards, and rare northern species.

Day 4: Samburu to Lake Nakuru National Park

Cross the Equator southwards. Pass Thomson’s Falls and the Rift Valley viewpoints. Arrive at Lake Nakuru, famous for its flamingos and rhinos. Afternoon game drive reveals giraffes, buffaloes, and more.

Day 5: Lake Nakuru to Masai Mara

After breakfast, drive to the iconic Masai Mara. This is Africa’s premier game reserve, famed for the Great Migration and Big Five. Evening game drive after check-in.

Day 6: Full-Day Masai Mara Safari
